ShineMed Program helps you manage diabetes by teaching practical skills and personalized strategies to improve health outcomes. The program includes individual and group education that has different topics to improve self-management skills.
OUR PROVIDER
Eunyoung Lee, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Dr. Lee is a doctorally prepared board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and currently serves as a primary care provider in Katy, TX, who provides wellness, preventive, and acute and chronic care.
Her research interests are evidence-based diabetes management and diabetes self-management education.
She is bilingual in English and Korean.
